About Us
Mission Statement
At IV at Risk Youth Betterment Foundation Inc., a 501c non-profit corporation doing business as QB Vision and Las Vegas Football Academy, focuses on its mission by empowering student athletes through the sport of football. We believe in fostering a positive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and personal growth through youth football training and competition.
Our non-profit was authorized on July 15, 2014. We originally were based out of El Centro, California. Our first youth sport program was baseball where we established training programs and leagues. We then migrated to youth football where we started the El Centro Trojans Youth Football program and other activities such as football camps, and sports performance training programs. In May of 2024, we packed up and moved our operations to Las Vegas, Nevada. For the spring of 2026, we are going to launch our first 7on7 youth football team followed by a football camp. We are starting small and will evaluate what else we can do for our new Las Vegas community.

After years of being a college admissions counselor, academic success coordinator, recruiting coordinator, Offensive Coordinator, Quarterback, Tight End, and Running Back Coach, I was inspired to give back and mentor, teach and develop new generations of quarterbacks, running backs and receivers to do better, decide faster, and reach higher goals. I launched Brady Performance to enhance the athlete's football IQ along with the mindset to be a leader, poised and confident.
